This translated to me training all team members, including management on the watch. Additionally, I had the pleasure of acting as an ISGT (In Store Guest Trainer) for new employees and as a Core Facilitator for new employee orientation for the South Florida region. At the time, I maintained top ten in sales and was a member of the visuals team, installing new store displays.
