Steve was my HSO & QA when I took over as Site Manager at Remploy Leicester. He was a great asset to the site and an enormous support to me as a new manager. He is very trustworthy in all aspects, works hard, wants to continuously improve standards and processes and always strives to improve himself. He occasionally doubts his ability which astounds me as he always does such a great job with so much effort and enthusiasm. I would happily employ Steve again if ever the occasion arose and I would fully endorse him to any new employer.
