Carol serves in multiple roles within home office marketing, but a principal one is facilitating the electronic communications to Chubb's agents and brokers on behalf of three strategic business units and corporate administration. She has principal editorial oversight of Marketbuilder, an important enterprise level e-newsletter to agents and brokers. Carol works closely with the business customers to establish advance schedules, but many times, on short notice, she has managed multiple unplanned requests to satisfy various constituents. As a former internal customer, I found that one of Carol's strongest attributes is avoiding "no, we can't" in favor of "we have a few challenges, but let's figure out how."
