  I am the Property Manager for a mixed use Multi Family development owned by the client Kennedy Wilson Real Estate Vantage Apartments comprise of 450 residential apartments, retail , commercial units and a state of the art exclusive residents only Fitness Suite, Cinema, Games room , residents kitchen area and lounge. There is an on-site team of which I manage to include letting agents, concierge, accounts payable, caretaker, facilities team and external contractors. Day to day operations include Block Management and Residential issues to oversee all tenant requirements and upkeep of properties , lettings of apartments , rent collection and any RTB issues. Financial management includes overseeing operational, capital expenditure and Block Management budgets and compiling of monthly financial reports to client. My duties include the Block Management of 9 Residential buildings, common areas gardens, playground, retail and commercial buildings. Tendering annually for best service and costs for service contracts and ensuring all are carried out correctly to a satisfactory standard and compliant with good practice

  Whilst work with Lalco I oversaw the fit out of 280 vacant residential apartments at the Vantage Apartments in South Dublin for the rental market. I managed the complete letting of these properties and tenant issues. All apartments were fully occupied with a strong market rent. Vantage Apartments became known as a desirable place to live with good management and high standards .
