I empirically analysed the similarities and differences in European and East African values and motivations in the workplace. I collected data from over twenty employees at Healthy Entrepreneurs in different positions in the organisation. A cultural anthropological and social psychological approach was applied and I submitted a 5,000 word qualitative report on the values, motivations and ambitions of the Dutch, Kenyan, and Ugandan employees in Healthy Entrepreneurs. Collaborative and efficient strategies to foster more cross-cultural fluid communication were suggested. Show less
