During my time with RST, I worked as a software developer within a small team. My role included providing enhancements to the web back office system and bug fixing. I was also assigned the task to research and introduce a testing framework to improve code quality. I created a testing framework using Selenium Web Driver in C# in order to achieve this goal. I also integrated the Extent Reporting Framework to produce interactive and detailed reports of tests carried out. During my time with RST, I worked as a software developer within a small team. During my time with SITA, I worked as part of the Voyager Messaging Team as a developer. The objective of the Voyager Programme was to incrementally replace existing legacy applications and to provide functionality to enable innovative and high value airline processes. As part of the SITA Transformation team I carried out transformation work on Departure Control Systems. I was responsible for adding enhancements and mapping Plain Old Java (POJO) into XML format that mapped to corresponding entities and attributes in the Voyager Business Model. The transformation work involved working on both send (xml – native), and receive (native – xml) messages. The transformation work was broken down into sub-tasks: create the code, Junit testing, regression testing, check-in completed work and deployment to Quality Assurance (QA). Other duties included: updating progress on JIRA, bug fixes, specially assigned tasks using Eclipse plugins, and attending daily scrum meetings.
