In this day in age, there are few leaders who actually exemplify the meaning of their role; Tony is one of those few! The words that describe him are patient, team-centered, customer-focused, humble, and proficient. He is always willing to help his team understand and championship their role within the organization. He’s always willing to stop what he’s doing to help others and cover gaps so that the customer is served and the mission is successful. Tony’s also not one who’s going to look for the spotlight; he’s just as comfortable being behind the scenes as he is being on stage. He has (for the last two years) mentored me in my role, and I know that I would not be where I am today if he hadn’t taken the time to teach me my role. He’s passionate about his team and his job, and he always makes the work environment safe, fun, and productive. He’s a highly sought-after asset for any team! If he’s available, don’t pass him up!!!
