      I started with HCL working a migration project for Oncor Electric. During this project I was quickly promoted to team lead so as to facilitate training any newcomers to the project. Upon proving my metal, HCL decided to hire me full time as a DSS tech. I work at several remote sites/ locations fulfilling my clients many needs.       I worked the Bank of America contract for HP. Here I was considered a fully trained HP technician, this meant that I worked primarily hardware related tickets for any and all HP products on the campus. While working with HP/BofA I had the privilege and challenge of jumping into Multi-Function Printers. Printers, being rather new to me at this point in my career, I trained diligently to learn as much as a could, and have since learned how to strip a MFP down to the switch gears at the very heart of the beast.       I worked on the Texas Instruments contract for TSP. I was provided a Dell and Toshiba repair certificate so that under those two vendors I was able to perform hardware repairs. It was here that I was really able to hone my skills and expertly learn how to diagnose and repair many laptop hardware issues. From removing Hard Disk Drives to changing LCD panels I was freely able to become familiarized with the processes involved in dismantling and reassembling laptops.
