Cliffe is a results driven leader he consistently achieved his sales targets each and every year. I had the honor and privilege of reporting to Cliffe as a Account Manager and Regional Business Manager. The most important attribute that I would share about Cliffe is that he is a leader that inspires people to want to follow him. He created a culture where people wanted to do the best they could for the company because they did not want to let Cliffe down. He always took the time to get to know poeple as individuals and showing them that he cared about their success both at work and in their personal lives. Cliffe also was a very good manager of the business and had a firm grasp on what needed to be done to move our business forward. In my opinion, he found a great balance between being a manager and leader. I can sincerely say that I do not know one person who ever worked for Cliffe that would not do so again happily.
