Cliff was my field sales trainer when I joined Janssen Pharmaceutica in 1999. He provided an excellent training experience by virtue of his ability to teach, demonstrate, challenge, and ultimately perceive where I was in the process of mastering all of the training objectives. I owe much of my success at Janssen to Cliff as he remained a mentor throughout my tenure and even to this day.
