I've known Joel for over 15 years and I've had the pleasure of not only getting to know him as one of my closest friends but also as a colleague. One of the things I admired most about Joel's ability as a sales rep was his customer service skills; every time a customer would reach out to him about a problem he demonstrated a unique ability to resolve the issue and his customers would feel confident in the fact he was genuinely concerned about getting the issue resolved how his customer deemed necessary. His level of integrity is unmatched and would highly recommend him for any job opportunity as well as for any business he is trying to earn presently.
