  I oversee 12 home care agencies, ensuring they are in compliance with the guideline set by the CASSIP contract, the District of Columbia regulations, and national regulations. As part of my duties. I conduct agencies audits, which entails reviewing enrollees records for compliance in facility management, medical records, and Human Resources. Also, in-home visit virtually are completed. I'm observing the care that's being provided and making sure that the Plan of Care is being followed in the home. In addition, I investigate grievances submitted by the enrollees and/or caregiver against the home care agencies. Show less
