Then, I stayed in the company as technical leader working on the migration of their product backoffice from Angular to React.   TicTales had a PHP backend with a ionic mobile app, and they felt that it would be good to have an external view. First, I wrote an audit document about their stack and possible solutions. Then, they asked me to rewrite their entire platform, from back to front. It would be the future stack for their future project. So, to summarize, it was TypeScript back and front to share types, React Native since it would increase performance and allow more animations, HapiJs for the module approach, PostgreSQL since I wanted something reliable, CircleCI for deployment, packaging and tests.   SportEasy had a Rolls Royce. Their backend was great, but they didn't take time to work on their frontend. It was served via an python app and they wanted to use a modern JavaScript Framework. I worked for 2 months on a solution to integrate React in their stack fluently. You could navigate between page based on a jinja template and then a full React feature. I worked on their CI, CD and automatisation of internationalization (POEditor). This solution is great because your migration won't block your product. Each time you create or update a feature, you work on tech debt. Show less
