Clay is not only the most talented product manager I have ever worked with, but also one of the greatest co-workers I've had. His passion and expertise in both product management and renewable energy far exceeded all expectations and was the integral element of making our team at Enel-X extremely successful. Clay's engineering background provides him with an incredible ability to maintain realistic expectations and letting the engineers focus on their work. Any team would be lucky to have Clay and I hope I get the opportunity to work with him again in the future.

Over the past year of working with Clay at Enel X, his passion for building great products that will help shape a sustainable energy future was very evident. Clay’s passion combined with his technical expertise in energy markets, his understanding of product management and software development, and his relentless focus lead to great improvements in the quality of the product and efficiency of the teams who develop and use the product. Clay was always a voice of reason and focus amidst a time of overwhelming amount of opportunities. His ability to maintain direction on strategically focused initiatives while also keeping an open ear to new opportunities and to the customer voice allowed Clay to create a roadmap that delivered real value in each release, on-time, every time.
