I recorded information about damages to technology hardware and prepared it to be sent out for repair. I assisted in the distribution of technology to students and staff of the PBVUSD. I employed many quality customer service and problem-solving skills daily as I interacted with staff, and addressed their questions or concerns. I helped install WI-FI access points at many of the school sites. I frequently worked with ChromeOS. I frequently typed at a desk and worked with google applications such as Google Sheets. I reimaged Chromebooks and Zbooks. I assisted in the setup of classroom technology such as Promethean boards, doc cams, and projectors. I was trained to use TipWeb, a new program the District is using to inventory technology and to check out technology to staff and students. Show less

    • District Leader Trainer
      • Dec 2020 - Apr 2021

As a District Leader Trainer, I was placed under a lot of responsibility. I was to lead and council a district of 10 new missionaries weekly, and I was also to train one brand new missionary daily. During the brand new missionaries training, we studied together, worked together, attended meetings together, and by the end of his training, I had helped him to become fully capable of fulfilling the many responsibilities full-time missionaries have including finding, teaching, fellowshipping, and helping others through online and in person interactions or free service. We primarily did these activities through digital services such as Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, Google Drive, and phone calls as much of our proselyting/canvassing missionary service was completed during the Covid-19 pandemic. My responsibilities also included leading and training 10 other slightly more experienced people in their own efforts to find, teach and fellowship people in similar ways. Show less

    • Missionary, Elder
      • Apr 2019 - Apr 2021

I was responsible for many technology-related tasks involving the management of the New Jersey Morristown Missionary database and the Missionary maps, as well as helping others to resolve their technology-related issues. These tasks included: Drawing proselyting boundaries for our Missionaries, updating a Mission wide contacts database, updating permissions for our application, and creation of a new google sheets-based logistics tool to help with the planning of a large monthly event known as missionary transfers. I served in many leadership roles as a Missionary Elder. I led, through training, practices, and successful completion of various daily assignments alongside those in my stewardship. I led two focused groups of 10-12 people in their proselyting efforts for a total time of 4.5 months, one group of 20 for a total of 6 months, and one group of approximately 260 full-time Missionaries for a total of 9 months as an Assistant to the President of the New Jersey Morristown Mission. I conducted and trained many groups of missionaries ranging from 10 people to approximately 250 people In many weekly meetings for a total of approximately 20 months. I lead discussions and gave training on technology skills, online advertising skills, person-to-person skills, scheduling and planning skills, and canvasing techniques. I worked closely with others to keep an accurate inventory of apartment space for missionaries throughout the mission, as well as a running inventory of vehicles, and vehicle space, that was matched to each team of 2-3 Missionaries so that their day to day needs were always met. I also worked with some very difficult logistics regarding the transferring of said missionaries from location to location inside of the mission boundaries as they progressed through their Mission. I have many skills with google drive apps such as google sheets that helped me to complete these tasks effectively. Show less

These tasks included: Drawing proselyting boundaries for our Missionaries, updating a Mission wide contacts database, updating permissions for our application, and creation of new google sheets-based logistics tool to help with the planning of a large monthly event known as transfers. I led others, through training, practices, and successful completion of various daily assignments alongside those in my stewardship of over 250 individuals. I conducted and trained many groups of missionaries ranging from ~10 people to ~250 people. In weekly meetings for a total of approximately 9 months. I lead discussions and gave instruction on technology skills, online advertising skills, person-to-person skills, scheduling and planning skills, and canvassing techniques. All of our work was done online through services such as Google Drive, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, phone calls, and other digital resources. I worked with some very difficult logistics regarding the transferring missionaries from location to location inside of the mission boundaries as they progressed through their Mission. As a Zone Leader, it was my responsibility to lead two districts of approximately 10 people each in their efforts to find, teach and fellowship people.
