      Daily checks of conveyor systems i.e. belts, troughing rollers, return idlers, fan pulleys, drive motors and belts, etc. Make repairs to agriculture material bins and feed gates as needed including but not limited to cutting patch plates with oxy/acetylene torch and welding in place with SMAW, other forms of welding (GMAW/FCAW) and fabricating as needed for large repair projects, changing pneumatic cylinders for gate control, checking and changing air control (mac and ascgo) valves, checking and replacing air lines, replacing gate units that are beyond repair, rebuilding or replacing pneumatic bin vibrator units. Checking and cleaning/replacing filters and piping for dust collector systems as well as baghouse systems on silos. Testing and replacing load cells for water scale and agriculture load bin scale. Making repairs to load hopper as needed i.e welding patches, replacing hopper boots or cement boots, and replacing wear plates. Testing and repair of all electrical control systems at both 240v and 480v single and three phase. Testing and replacing motor starters and other plant control systems. Installing and servicing electro-pneumatic high light audio/visual warning and silo overfill protection pinch valve systems. Repairing and replacing both threaded steel and PVC pressurized and drainage piping. Performing required air compressor service and repairs. Repairing and replacing propane and natural gas squirrel cage style heaters and infernotherm heater controls. Performing other facilities repairs around plants such as electrical switches/outlets, lighting repairs and LED system retrofits, plumbing repairs, etc. Using service vehicle to travel between the companies nine different plants to perform these various tasks at whichever plant they are needed at. Operating man lift, load-all, skid steer, front end loader, and any other equipment required to perform these job functions while employing all OSHA regulated safety standards.
