  I started working at State Farm in September 2014. I started off working as a claim prosser. I helped assist customers with their vehicle damages and helped determine liability. After working there a few months I got selected to work on their total loss. In total loss I helped determine vehicle values and getting back whole. A few months ago I moved to their injury department. I started off working 3 states. Then I got selected to work a different demand pool here. In this current demand pool I know work 4 states and help with thier injury. Show less

  As a website monitor my responsibilities were overseeing Sandhills Publishing's web sites on weekends, to ensure that they are up and running properly. This includes checking sites every 15 minutes and talking appropriate action if a problem happened to occur. This may include things such as rebooting the web server, troubleshooting, or notifying someone that the web sever is not responding.
