Clay is a strong manager, able to effectively manage multiple teams simultaneously, always keeping the customer's needs in the forefront. When I worked with him, he concurrently managed the North America Gas and Power Service Desk and Desktop Support teams in the difficult, high profilem real time trading environment. Leading by example, he continuously insured quick and efficient customer support, insisting on quality work and strong user relationships. Clay would be an outstanding strategic and tactical asset to any organization.

Clay and I have worked together in many different capacities since 1996 at Enron and BP. I've seen Clay deal with some of the greatest political and technical challenges that you could possibly encounter in a career. I can't speak highly enough about his character in terms of his die-hard work ethic, expert technical skills, plus his excellent leadership strength and style. I'd be honored to work with Clay in any capacity, as I know he demands and delivers nothing less than complete success. Clay would be an asset to any organization and I wouldn’t have to think twice to recommend him.
