I have worked very closely with Claus as my nearest leader for 5 years in the Service and Support department. Claus is an entusiastic and energitec leader with a positive view on things. He is has a very practical approach to his job which is appreciated by fellow engineering collegees ;-) Claus enjoys the tutoring role and is very good at communicating and teaching technical stuff to fellow engineers and he has the ability to make hard technical topics understandable to non-technical people.
