  Release Manager for the IBM Payment Systems application. The application is a service that IBM offers to external customers to incorporate in their internet shops to handle payment transactions. The customers are mainly large international companies. My role is to coordinate and prioritise changes that should be included in the next release. In general there are planed four releases per year. The project is running in an agile environment with bi-weekly sprints.

  Project Manager for development of electronic invoicing to a bank in Spain. My role was to manage the team of developers mapping existing data format to the required format from the Spanish bank. Different parts of IBM were involved in this project with stakeholders located in Spain, France, Italy and Germany.
