I have had the privilege of working side-by-side with Claus for the last 8 years. In a crowd of many talented colleagues, there are many qualities that make Claus stand out. I have rarely seen a leader who creates such a close bond with his team, and manages so well to drive high performance and high engagement simultaneously. Claus is an excellent people person, who communicates well with people from all levels in the organisation. He has been instrumental in driving leadership development in Pandora, and it's fair to say Pandora would be a different company without his great work.
