  At Filmografo/CCA I've created short-films and participated as animator in other animations and TV Series produced by the studio. I was 16 when I made my first short film “Gânancia”, which won the prize for Best Young Filmmaker in Cinanima, the international festival for animation cinema, in 2008. In 2010 I’ve directed “O Relógio de Tomás”. The film had a great impact on various international film festivals, in particular in the Imperia film festival in Italy, where it won a 1st prize. “Lágrimas de um Palhaço” the latest short film I’ve directed at Filmografo, was selected for the Cannes festival in 2012. It was also nominated by the Portuguese Cinema Academy for the prize of best animation short film of that same year. Show less
