  Studied Game Design for 3 years at The Sign Academy where I learned basic programming, how to use Unity at its fullest potential and how to design levels, items, items placement, narrative, theory behind players behaviour, and much more. I've developed many games to exercise, both alone and in a team, where I've been both the team lead (managing the workflow of the development, listening to ideas and being able to accept them or refuse them, and managing the personal aspect of the individuals of the team) and the non-lead( where I've learned to do what I'm told to do, but still take initiative, and take action, instead of just doing my work waiting for those with leadership roles). In the various projects I've been the leader of teams as big as 20 people, and as few as 2. In the non-lead projects I've worked with as many as 30 people and as few as 2. Show less

  I was a teacher for the Instituto Formazione Franchi, where I organized and taught excel courses, illustrator courses, full office courses but even basic usage of a computer to various students, both online and on-site. I've learned how to better communicate with people who were complete beginners at the task they were trying to accomplish, and how to organise and structure an efficient work plan based on my student's needs.
