Claudio has a creative and go get it outlook for sales. During the time we worked together there were some challenging aspects to refurbishment of product timelines vs confident sales pitch and the long term result impact to the business. Claudio worked with me so closely and proactively found ways to sell a 50/50 brand (old/new with timeline discrepancies) to a market variance. We needed to find results instantly for owners and Claudio proactively achieved clear result plans with strategic guidelines to future opportunities. Claudio builds relationships. Direct Website, Corporate, MICE, Tour/Wholesale, OTA, Aircrew, Entertainment market segments I felt he was always looking for a way to work the business now, plus in years 2/3/4.
