      The HRIS Administrator serves as the subject matter expert for functional HR processes and setup with the Banner ERP system, working closely with payroll. In addition to general system infrastructure management, the HRIS Administrator will be responsible for quality assurance testing, ensuring overall data integrity, and maintaining consistency in setup across the system.
