  Over the past two years I worked at The Tioxide Europe Srl of Ternate as computer technichan and Helpdesk first line, I managed the maintenance of printers and computer company, with possible hardware configurations, respecting the standards set by the CED. My duties also encompass support staff for all sorts of problems they had with the use of computers I also deal with account management through Active Directory MMC and Remote Assistance. I have experience in using virtual environments. Tioxide Europe last year to have made a renewal of the Fleet, have collaborated on the feasibility study to analyze the real needs of each department in order to assign each department a printer in line with their print volumes. In the company promoted an expansion of network infrastructure within the company for expansion of offices I also worked to develop a customized version of the operating system, according to the needs of various departments within the company. During this work experience, I have followed the implementation of proxy server on Linux and Microsoft and the upgrade of production server HP Blade, and troubleshooting on Mac environment
