While at Firestone Claudio was a very dedicated and hard working individual. Customer service was top priority in everything he did and he would bend over backwards to make sure a request was handled or an issue resolved as quickly as possible. Claudio took great pride in his work and was conscientious and careful in the way he approached day to day tasks and projects. Personally, he is friendly and approachable and very easy to work with.
