  From the smallest task to managing employees and dealing with tight deadlines, over those years I have seen it all. I am not the kind of person to overdress my qualities and what I can do, but trust me, those 14 years dealing with more than 500 active clients, I know how well I can handle stress, small budgets, and making the imperfect looking good. You will see here below I have worn all the hats possible. TASKS Performed accounts receivable and payable functions, including insurance and analysis of invoices, credit memos, and collections. Directly responsible for managing quotes, bids, and communications with suppliers. Managed budgets, advised, monitored, and analyzed social media accounts, determined the best type of ads for the target audience, and assisted in the development of a new re-branding strategy. Planned, executed, and evaluated many advertising campaigns with budgets over $500,000. Hired more than 50 full-time employees since 2006, trained, and integrated them into the team. Assigned tasks and supervised the work of writers, designers, and programmers on multiple projects. Served as a creative guide for branding and art direction on all projects. Ensured the timely and successful delivery of our graphic design solutions according to customer's needs and objectives by analyzing situations, prioritizing, and recommending in their terms. Developed artwork and layout for print and digital signage, posters, publications, packaging, web, exhibit displays, social media ads/posts & basic video ads using the Adobe Creative Suite in a PC and MAC environment.   While already dealing with the stress of managing one business, 7 years later we were the ones to bring various new sports and team building experiences in North America. Bubble soccer was one of them, and you probably saw it everywhere online and in many TV shows. Yes, I and my partner were responsible for this new thing. After only one year we grew up from 4 people operation to 32 employees. Described here below is a list of new and old tasks I was taking care of for the business. TASKS Performed accounts receivable and payable functions, including insurance and analysis of invoices, credit memos, and collections. Directly responsible for managing quotes, invoices, and refunds. Holding negotiations with key retailers and wholesalers. Managed the company's sales platform, as well as the sales provided by the platform. Developing and fostering strong business relationships with prospective and existing customers and ensuring consistent business follow-ups. Identifying up-sell opportunities with current clients. Generated a new customer base through direct, social, and network marketing. Attended trade shows for client interaction and lead generation. Hired more than 200 employees and contractors between 2013-2017, trained, and integrated them into the team. Organized, managed, and prepared multiple team building events.
