As a coordinador I had to handle these situations among the station staff to continue offering a friendly and comfortable working environment so that each team member can perfom 110% I managed the creation and implementation of a training program for new producers about the foundations of the job (initially the program was intended for the Hot 94 staff, but because of its positive results, other stations such as Candela Pura and La Romántica joined for posterior editions). I also had the chance to be head producer of 2 radio shows, create audio advertisements for radio clients, and becoming radio host of my own show. Assistance in the recruiting process of talent for the radio shows: in a country like Venezuela, the talent often leave because of the crisis. I had to make sure to find the ideal host, producer and writer everytime it was needed to keep offering good entertainment to the city of Caracas. Copywriter for several clients' advertisement spots: I was in charge of creating the ad for each client of my radio show. It consisted on writing the text, record it and find the perfect music and sound effects for it to be catchy and effective. [on average 4 copies per month] Production of different promoting events: university tours and street events, which helped the station increase the audience by 55% Production of identifiers: these are different tag lines of the station that are in constant rotation.
