I have worked with Claudia @dotgap for many years now, I bring her with me in all new roles as she always gets me the exact candidates I am looking for. She has a great knack for understanding a candidates potential cultural fit which is so critical for me and she never pushes past the salary I have available (unless absolutely necessary). Together we always find the best person for the role... and she heaps of fun which helps, we all know recruiting is a tough part of anyone's day to day.
