  I worked at the Consulate General of the United States in Dubai, UAE for two summers. Within this time period, I held 4 entirely different positions. In the first position, I was part of an office that helped boost morale among American employees and their families entering, departing, and staying in the UAE. The second position required me to assist when Ukrainian refugees who landed in the country, in the Health Unit at the Embassy in Abu Dhabi UAE. I was also placed in the visa department where I gained a deeper understanding of the world's countries. Lastly, I was part of an Iran-focused office where I learned the ins and outs of being a diplomat.

  In order to reduce the age gap in the business and increase consumer traffic, I developed relationships with customers of all ages. My ability to speak Spanish helped me break down the language barrier in the store, which in turn attracted more regular customers. I was able to sell a variety of goods to consumers in-person and over the phone thanks to the relationships I created.   I aided in planning and creating trade promotion activities, while also consulting with customers both in-person and online to gauge and survey their satisfaction. To increase customer participation and event attendance, online posters and invitations were created, and concepts were developed effectively market our wine to the target market.   I was in this job over the summer which is why my time there was short. This establishment was a pop-up to a previously established restaurant. Tock's served as my first experience in the workforce. During my short time there I trained two workers in shop operations that were in line to work at the established restaurant. My other jobs consisted of promptly addressing customer complaints and issues while maintaining productivity and order in the shop.
