The Residential Service Coordinator (RSC) is responsible for the daily operations and service delivery of the residential program. RSC’s are responsible for maintaining a secure and safe atmosphere for program participants and ensuring residents are adhering to program policies. Conduct intake and detailed assessment of prospective program participants. Conduct on-going periodic assessments of residents’ needs. Refer residents to appropriate services through linkages developed by program. Facilitate resident meetings. Organize resident activities that promote housing stability. Assist residents overcome barriers to self-sufficiency. Assist residents with the completion of annual income certifications. Keep supervisor informed of any pressing issues. Ensure residents comply with housing program rules and guidelines. Promote a safe and supportive housing environment. Keep residents informed of all policies and procedures and ensure compliance with these guidelines. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility during scheduled work shift. Supervise residents in the completion of assigned chores if applicable. Ensure staff is following all rules and regulations as well as duty requirements.
