I was the current EVP at the time. She is an outstanding employee and had not only helped me to grow the Speedo business but went out of her way with kindness and professionalism to complete the job. She has great communication skills and is constantly looking for efficiencies and ways to improve. She had helped to organize multiple factory purchasing projects, compliance overviews, and planning on time production schedules in a senior managerial role. Claudia is highly organized, focused, and capable of multi tasking in her last job function with me. She maintained her key relationships with the overall mfg and sourcing base, not only in the USA/Canada/Mexico, but throughout Asia and the Middle East also. She was an excellent candidate for promotion and was advanced 3 times in our tenure together. She is very personable, loyal, honorable and kind in the way that she interacts with associates and other employees. Claudia also sees the bigger picture when completing tasks. She goes out of her way to be efficient, quick and succinct in her multiple job functions. She has some other valuable skills, in internal team building, sourcing for alternate venues to pursue corporate margin objectives when we needed better service or costs. She has excellent personal interaction skills. There were many times when the division was tasked with extreme deadlines and Claudia always stepped in to help. In many instances they were functions not related to her corporate expertise or current job. She is also capable in doing other job functions that were not her responsibility such as shipping, packing and distributing samples as applicable from time to time. She is a definite team player and given the right circumstances and needs I would very much like to work with her again in the future.
