  I joined Bowlplex as a crew member and was trained on reception dealing with customers and controlling the bowling lanes for the customers use. I am also trained on the bar, serving drinks to customers and on the grill where I served customers and cooked their chosen food. Gained experience in each area allowing me to move to the area I am needed most, in particular during the busy periods. I have also been allowed to sit a level 2 food safety and hygiene course which is City & Guilds Accredited. I have also got experience in training new members of staff in all departments. Show less
