JTC 300 is an undergraduate course that provides powerful tools for processing textual and graphic content for professional and technical communication which is required across all disciplines for completion of studies at Colorado State University. Claudia brought a contagious energy to class each morning and was always very prepared. She contributed to in-class discussions, wrote advanced essays, and assisted her peers when necessary. I absolutely recommend Claudia for any position that deals with the public because she has a natural affinity for helping others and an organized, hardworking philosophy for learning.
