  Hello everyone! I am currently completing a supervised internship for my Master’s degree in Human Kinetics - Concentration in Intervention and Consultation at the University of Ottawa. Ultimately, I aim to become a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (MPC) to help individuals and teams (of any levels) enhance their performance and overall well-being in various sports and physical activity contexts. For that reason, I have the opportunity to offer MENTAL PERFORMANCE CONSULTING SERVICES FOR FREE in an individual and/or group setting (including WORKSHOPS).   In 2020 I had the chance to work with Children’s Inclusion Support Services (CISS) to help provide English and French support to French nursery schools. This job helped me promote the importance of including children with special needs with the rest of their classmates. Not only was this a learning experience, but it is an experience I will forever cherish as you can learn many lessons from children, such as the importance of living in the present moment.
