CNVO is a private social site for business professionals to share ideas, ask questions, and mingle with like minded pears. CNVO is by invitation only and not accessible to the public. I developed the CNVO website from scratch using Angular and Bootstrap. The site uses Firebase as the backend database and AngularFire to query the database. During this project, I was responsible for delivering the core functionalities of the site, developing the database with no backend developer, and making the change requests that came from the client. During the build process I was constantly challenged by the client due to complicated requests that sometimes fell out of my area of expertise, but was able to research for solutions and learn new techniques for making the solution work. I also took it upon my self to reach out to fellow pears from the Iron Yard for advice and tutelage of the instructors for additional guidance. CNVO was the first project I worked on after graduating from the Iron Yard, and I learned Bootstrap, AngularFire, and Firebase in 1 week in order to start with the project. Show less
