At Frameworks for Change, learning and growing is what we do. And after seven extraordinary years of working together, Claudia is leaving us at the end of December to take a break and create the opening for the next stage of her career. She has brought to Frameworks her skills, her commitment, her creativity and her desire and ability to make a powerful difference. She has been a partner for growth in our team and with all the clients with whom she has worked.Claudia wants now to take this work in cultural change and deep dive into one organisation. To lead, and share her skills and talents with a large team of people that she in turn can support and develop. To work for longer term cultural development rather than on specific and time limited projects. To make an ongoing difference in a large organisation.I and the team will miss her enormously. But we also support her in this totally. Frameworks is founded on a belief in the importance of people doing the work that calls them (and the courage that can take) and Claudia’s leadership skills are something that the world needs. So if anyone is looking for an extraordinary senior leader with a wealth of experience and knowledge in leading cultural change, who is deeply committed, thoughtful and innovative and brings a deep care of people combined with the well honed ability to hold them to account, then Claudia is the person I recommend.Helen ReesDirector , Frameworks for Change
