They know plenty about God but don't know what it's like to follow Jesus and experience the peace and freedom He made possible. The problem is that we are designed to grow through applying the truth in our relationships, but too many christians don't know how to do that, leading to getting stuck in a lackluster cerebral christian dance. Trueface develops relational discipleship tools to help individuals, churches, and organizations apply truths of grace and the freedom of their new identity in their relationships (only trusted truth transforms, not learned truth) in order to experience transformation.

  As Regional Director, work with Area Directors in various states coaching them as they work as mentor-coach to pastors and key church leaders. Man in the Mirror's vision is "for every church to disciple every man". The mission is "to help churches more effectively disciple all their men." In pursuit of this mission, MIM has identified a process for leaving No Man Left Behind (NMLB), with proven results of 48% more men attending church and 84% more men discipled. "The Journey to Biblical Manhood" was developed to fit into the NMLB model, and is a comprehensive system that consist of training and discipling. I believe this discipleship initiative will create a spiritual revival and awakening among men.
