Having worked with Clark in multiple roles over approximately 5 years, I have found him to be one of the most thorough, insightful and dedicated process improvement experts I have had the pleasure of working with in my 25 year career. He is able to quickly see patterns in both technical elements of complex engineering processes and well as behavioral aspects of an organization in order to implement lasting change. His passion and intellect and understanding of team dynamics would be an attribute for any organization.

Clark is a world class team builder. His influence accelerated my career and several others on our team. His approach requires experience to appreciate; some of which I earned after I had left the company. Clark is not in for the easy wins and this is easily my favorite thing about him. He looks to build improvement by educating everyone throughout the process and then letting that process run. While reporting to Clark, I was allowed to take risks and lead initiatives meanwhile feeling fully supported. Clark wouldn't hesitate to rain me in if I started to get into deep waters, but always sought to understand my reasoning and build on the good. Sir, I wish you the best in your career and selfishly hope to work with you again, Levi David Project Manager Mikron Automation
