  The Creating the Virtuous Organization project aims to understand how organizations can strive to strategically mobilize their signature strengths to elevate society and have a positive social impact on their entire value chain. I am leading the research, development, testing, networking, and measurement initiatives.• Led a team of 15 students in collecting qualitative and quantitative social impact data for over 50 businesses• Designed and co-taught a curriculum for 4 graduate classes, resulting in 56 students writing chapters, detailing cases, conducting interviews, and building assessment and analytical tools based on 14 business principles• Organized a convening of 60 social impact leaders in Utah to share and receive feedback on research findings• Compiled a database of over 500 business responses to COVID-19 and analyzed to determine the role of business in a time of crisis and in society generally
