Claritza Garcia ranks among the very best performers I've had the pleasure to know. As Director of Pricing and Planning at Vme, Clari displayed a tremendous work ethic. Even when no one was watching, she arrived early and stayed late. Her capacity to manage pricing and inventory -- despite an often frustrating lack of industry-standard tools -- impressed me greatly.
