      Responsible for the procurement and supply management for all the renewable energy projects of Acciona Energia do Brasil. In according with Acciona purchasing standards and procedures, focused on the best purchasing condition in the market for the projects, I analyze all scope versus received proposals, looking for technical and commercial opportunities, making partnerships, conducting negotiations with the main suppliers in the market. Based on the PMBok method, I follow KPI analysis, issue business cases, coordinate meetings and issue minutes, and other project management focused on procurement. The main area of interaction is the Engineering and Construction department, with a purchasing strategy based on the Procurement Plan for each project. Since Acciona is the owner of the wind farm, the strategy as a buyer is to conduct all contracting of services and purchase of products before the start of the civil works of the wind farm, based on internal technical specifications and frame agreement, performing hand-over to the requesting area. Acquisitions and negotiations according to the customer's internal purchase procedures, which I highlight the main activities: - launch of the RFQ according to technical specification, - best price and delivery schedule, - negotiation of the proposal and its particular commercial conditions, - request for approval for technical deviation, - issuance of contracts via the Docusing system, - creation of tools in excel for purchase management in order to improve agility in negotiations and control, such as RFQ model, - negotiations of services, products and freight and - interface with the company's technical, management and legal team.
