Bio
Bridget LeMaire
There are so many wonderful qualities about Clarissa that it is hard to pinpoint just one. Working at Special Olympics Illinois is a rewarding and fulfilling job, but it takes a special someone to manage the time commitment, the long hours on weekends and evenings, the organization skills, all while keeping up their motivation with a smile. And Clarissa does just that. On top of a very demanding job, Clarissa was able to complete a Master's degree with ease, while holding a second job. Clarissa was a joy to work with because of her amazingly positive attitude and eagerness to stick tightly to multiple deadlines. Her can-do attitude and team-building skills were also necessary and valued not just by myself, but by her peers, who often relied on her to get the job done. I am confident that wherever Clarissa goes professionally, she will be an incredible asset to any company.

I met Clarissa through working together at the Lombard Park District and have maintained a strong professional relationship since. I was able to watch her growth in a part time position to a full time position. Clarissa brings commitment and passion to advancing the operations and systems to the field. She is a master at developing innovative solutions to challenging issues. She’s got real grit to get things done with a sense of humor and kindness to lead the way. I am honored to have worked with Clarissa and to know her. I would highly recommend Clarissa!
