During my volunteering period, I've made some innovations with the recruitment process in Your Best Shelf Indonesia by adding a Division Task and do a Transfer Knowledge before the next batch starts. I got a lot of lessons and experiences that i'm pretty sure it will be useful both for myself and for the experiences. I was entrusted for being a Head Division of Human Resources.
