Music Mill specialises solely in songs for advertising campaigns. We are experts in the complex world of music copyright, and specialists at negotiating the best possible deal for using a song.Part of my job is to bring my experience in systems, data analysis and business process re-engineering to music supervision, with the objective of improving our proficiency. In recent years we have implemented a professional approach to all areas of the business. I am responsible for implementing a Workflow Management System to track and control music licensing jobs. I revamped many of the “back office” processes at Music Mill. I am also heavily involved in music searches and the continual improvement of our methodology for finding and evaluating songs.
