Clarence is a unique talent: thoughtful, clever, and tenacious. Clarence has an eye for understanding customer needs, because he becomes the customer when he's working. He takes the time to understand their problems and always comes from their perspective when it come to solutions and roadblocks. The depth of time and attention he puts into fostering these relationships and allows him to be an attentive business partner. It also means that he expects the best from his team members, so that he can follow through in delivering to his customers.
