During my tenure at Verizon Communications I served as Manager/Specialist. I had first hand working experiences with Clarence Young when he was Project Manager at James W. Sewall Company. I contracted with the James W. Sewall company to perform inside/outside plant engineering, data collection, office verification and telecommunications records conversion. After intense white board and field meetings with Clarence and others; Clarence was able to understand the magnitude and high importance of these various work efforts. He assemble a team of technicians, delivered on all projects deliverables on time and correct the first time. "Incredibly" these varied work efforts were is 16 States in the United States. I highly respect Clarence as a person and a professional. In closing, as detailed above, based on my experiences working with him, I can unreservedly recommend Clarence Young.

Clarence's knowledge of GIS (the full range of solutions: ESRI, Smallworld, Intergraph, AutoDesk, etc.), photogrammetry, and mapping is superb. He is a consummate professional and dedicated to service. It has always been a pleasure to work with him.
