Upon completion and agreement with the Project Manager and design team, using the information withing the model generates detailed construction end sheet drawings, along with module and spool drawings for pre-fabrication/module manufacturing purposes.   Supported Engineers in the design and delivery of projects and Co-coordinated with other design team members to assist project team leaders in managing drawing production/ records and associated drawing management and protocols. LSE is a Stage 3 refurbishment project where some of the existing services were stripped out and replaced with new ventilation, domestic water, and drainage services. I was tasked with coordinating the mechanical services model to our engineers' designs and adjusting where required be the architects. Aspire Zanzibar Stage 3 is a new residential complex with apartments of various sizes; I was tasked with the initial concept design of the incoming main services, domestic water services, drainage services and ventilation services. Swan Wood Stage 5 was the most interesting project I've worked on to date, as this project had a very bespoke design where all services, electrical and mechanical, had to fit with the floor void space.
