As Clare's colleague at Wethos, I was continually impressed with her willingness to learn on the fly, adapting to new processes quickly and with good humor. In addition to supporting Accounts and Sales in a start-up environment, Clare collaborated with me to build out project management processes and adjust internal workflows to improve service delivery and project management training. She was an asset to our team and a wonderful colleague and collaborator.
Sara Nathan
Our staff and I had the wonderful opportunity of working with Clare over the course of the last 16 months. During this time she has been the Project Manager for a comprehensive branding project for our organization Amigos de las Américas. Clare initiated our work together with an in-person multi-day workshop with the entire staff of our organization to really understand the DNA of our organization, both our strengths and our pitfalls. The end-goal was to develop a common language with new brand messaging, a complete and new visual look and feel (including a logo redesign), a new website accessible to our target audience. Clare and her team became a true part of our organization in their time working with us. As the project manager, Clare’s patience, attentiveness, and commitment to her work and our organization in a consultant role was outstanding. She and her team are incredibly talented, with Clare leading the way. As we near the end of our work together, I can say that our entire team highly recommends Clare to any organization that is ready to rediscover itself and create a new path forward. You will be lucky to have her on your team.

Edited paper drafts, retrieved references, and format citations. Assisted in a research effort as part of a grant for the Rockefeller Foundation that looked at the meaning and implications of "state failure" as a concept in international relations and governance structures. As part of this effort, a comparative analysis of various indices was conducted that measured the concept, the indicators used in each, and the method of calculated each composite score. An in-depth review of Foreign Policy's "Failed State Index" was done and the findings synthesized for the final report. A desk review of international and local media sources was done to understand the implication of the score, public perception, and its impact on policy.
